      Pros

      Compensation is great, work inside the core team is tough but it is also an opportunity to grow. A lot of fun events are planned for employees on a regular basis. Leadership actually cares about your professional development and there are degrees of freedom as to what projects you like to work on.

      Cons

      No real cons. The company was growing fast during my time there so they have to get a larger space.

      This is only the second time in my career that I have experienced the excitement of a company going through explosive growth. Great opportunity for people who thrive in a rapidly changing environment. Super executive team, and highly supportive Private Equity ownership.

      Cons

      Capturing explosive growth opportunities requires employees who love coming up with ideas, and executing on new and often-changing projects. This is not a place to come for people who want to do the same job over and over again.
