Remote work and flexible hours

Cons

New management completely destroyed the good culture built by founders and long time employees. The new workplace lead by new C-level execs is chaotic and demoralizing. They do not care about employees, made false promises, such as better benefits and career opportunities but in reality employees are treated as expendable pieces. There's a big gap between their vision and actions.
