I’ve been with Apryse for almost a year now and I can honestly say this is an incredible company to work for. In my role, I work closely with the executive team as well as cross functionally with all departments in the organization. Every individual I have interacted with has been so kind and pleasant to work with and it makes my job so much more enjoyable. The executive team is also the nicest, most hardworking, dedicated, and down-to-earth group I’ve ever worked with – and I’ve worked with a lot of executives! I’m also always comfortable going to my manager with questions and I always feel heard and appreciated. I can truly say the leadership team genuinely wants everyone to continue learning and developing. They offer tools and resources to help you advance your skills/career and are always willing to listen and answer questions. I also feel like we get the best of both worlds – as a remote first company, we’re able to have the flexibility of working from home but also have the ability to see coworkers in person to increase the culture and connection. The benefits and perks are also amazing and an added bonus to an already incredible company. If I could give more than 5 stars all around I would!
