Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience at Apryse; your input is much appreciated. We understand your concern regarding the balance between sales, marketing, and development/engineering. As a company in a fast-paced industry, we recognize the importance of a solid technological foundation. We constantly strive to strike the right balance between these departments to ensure the success and growth of our organization. Your advice to focus more on technology is well received, and we assure you that we are continuously investing in our development and engineering teams. We recognize that a robust platform is essential for our long-term success and are committed to providing the necessary resources to support it. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the dynamic team we have in place and the focus we have on our employee's well-being with our benefits and remote-first environment. Thank you for your suggestions, as they help us identify areas where we can improve and refine our operations. Sincerely, Rachelle Carpenter Chief People Officer

Pros

WFH is great. Some very smart co-workers .

Cons

VP of CS Saying, "this is corporate America, it's just how it is," reflects a lack of understanding about what true leadership is. Leadership is not about blindly accepting status quos or passing off a rigid, disheartening view of how things are. A leader's role is to challenge those assumptions, support their team, and find ways to improve—not just accept “how it is.”

Culture of fear.

Pros

There are a lot of good people here if you look beyond the Exec leadership.

Cons

Leadership often speaks about putting people first, but in practice it rarely feels genuine. Compensation bands are meaningfully below market, and cultural efforts come across as performative rather than impactful. Highlighting employees in all-hands decks feels hollow when it’s the primary (and sometimes only) visible investment in people. Strong leaders and high performers are leaving, while others stay largely due to promises of change or growth that never seem to materialize. The underlying reality is a culture driven by fear, where trust is low and transparency is lacking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you've built meaningful connections with colleagues during your time here—we agree that Apryse has a great group of people. We value candid feedback like yours, as it helps us better understand employee experiences. At the same time, we work hard to ensure our people-first approach is reflected in meaningful ways across the organization. Our goal is to foster a supportive culture, with a continued focus on authentic employee recognition and regularly reviewing compensation to remain a place where people feel fairly rewarded, and able to grow. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and will take it into consideration as we continue to evolve and strengthen the employee experience. I would welcome the opportunity to connect with you directly to better understand your experience. Rachelle Carpenter Chief People Officer
