      Pros

      The company has a big and strong web team with flat organization strategy, everyone can have a chance of leading a project.

      Cons

      Developer with less experience might be harder to get started cause there is no mentor culture here and you have to find the right person to turn to by yourself or spend more time on your own

      Pros

      - great culture, technically sound people from top to bottom, no micromanagement, weekly pair programming etc - work/life balance is very reasonable - pay, benefits, hardware are on point

      Cons

      - Remote on-boarding was a little painful (this is probably a result of fast growth) - if you need daily instructions on what to do, you may get lost easily - you are expected to work independently
