Pros

1. Supportive Team & Leadership – From onboarding to daily tasks, I’ve felt supported by my manager and teammates. Regular check-ins and access to helpful resources made the transition smoother. 2. Remote-First Flexibility – The company allows for hybrid/remote work, which helps with work-life balance. 3. Opportunities to Learn & Grow – Apryse is evolving, and with that comes opportunities to work on interesting projects, refine processes, and contribute to change. 4. Customer-Centric Focus – The company prioritizes customer success, and there’s strong collaboration across teams to ensure a positive experience for users.

Cons

1. Growing Pains – As with any fast-scaling company, some processes aren’t fully ironed out yet, and cross-team collaboration can sometimes feel disjointed. 2. Better Internal Alignment Needed – Sales, Customer Success, and other teams are working towards the same goals, but clearer processes and communication could improve efficiency. 3. Change Management – With ongoing changes in structure and processes, clearer expectations and documentation would help new and existing employees adapt more easily.
