-Poor benefits plan
-Toxic bullying culture of cliques, public shaming, and finger pointing
-Inexperienced and out of touch leadership
-Lie after lie
-"Everyone is in charge" structure means duplicated efforts and in-fighting about who should work on what and who's way is better
-Lack of trust and support
-Micromanagement
-Speak about transparency of information and "connected company" but do not communicate well and so the left hand never knows what the right is doing
-Claims to offer strong work/life balance but always make you feel like you can never put in enough hours and loads you up with so much work that even if you work 80+ hours a week it goes unrecognized and is never good enough
-Purposefully vague (e.g. you can have paid sick time, but we won't tell you a set number of days, and if we FEEL like you're taking too much time, you'll be in trouble)
