      Great product with strong market demand Smart people Nice downtown location Competitive pay packet

      Cons

      Toxic culture and micro management is unbearable. Had a negative impact on my life. I would highly recommend avoiding the company until they address the toxic and bullying culture.

      Pros

      1) Founders really care about the company and its growth. 2) Generous with salary and vacation days. They want you to demonstrate you are making an impact. 3) Company is growing backed by 100 mil dollars growth investment. 4) Fast-paced workplace. 5) Challenging problems to work on. 6) Top management i.e. the founders are approachable.

      No RRSPs No gym membership Health plan only covers 80%

      Do your due diligence... and then some. Toxic culture issues

      -some really smart and interesting people around -can ride on golden handcuffs and generally, not a lot of weekend work expectations -downtown location

      Cons

      Major issues with management. -Ambiguity on purpose -Will lie to your face -Public shaming -None of the empowerment, but all of the "ownership" (blame) -Guilty until proven innocent. Again and again. -Does not care about your environment. Newish office building but still looks like they just moved in, years later. -No appreciation, recognition or support of career progression -Seniority equals leadership (not ability) -Would rather sabotage projects to prove a point than allow people to do their jobs -micromanagement -bullying mentality -standing up to challenges makes you the "problem", not listened to -experienced a lot of stress due to the dysfunction
