Pros

- Almost unlimited home office allowance - Cool core product

Cons

- Management had different plans after acquisition, and did not align with my ideas (even though, they only had few competences in that area) - Benefits were stripped away, without compensation - Late meetings for EU people

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you appreciated the home office allowance and that you took pride in supporting our products. We recognize that transitions following an acquisition can bring changes, and we understand that those shifts may not always align with everyone’s expectations or experiences. We also acknowledge that working across time zones can be challenging, and we continue to explore the best ways for global collaboration. We appreciate your contributions during your time at Apryse. If you are open to discussing your experience further, we welcome the opportunity for further conversation. Rachelle Carpenter Chief People Officer

We're especially glad to hear that you're enjoying the flexibility of our remote-first environment and the strong work-life balance it supports. We also appreciate your honesty in pointing out areas where we can do better—particularly around perks and benefits. Run far and fast from this toxic place

Pros

Seemingly stable market, and not much else

Cons

Very toxic. It’s become the worst of the stereotypical corporate america, work you to death, but smile and tell the world that they care about their employees, dystopian nightmare. These positive reviews are solicited, and generally written by people new to the company, and/or with little to no other work experience to know what’s appropriate and what’s not. They promote horrible people into leadership roles that have no actual management capabilities, if they were even moderately successful at the prior level role. They end up managing through bullying. I have mo reason to exaggerate here - it benefits me not. So trust me when I tell you, unless you’re a jerk, you do not want to work here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that this was your experience, and we take feedback like this seriously. Creating a workplace where employees feel supported and valued is important to us, and while we may not always get everything right, we are continuously working to improve. We’re always looking for ways to foster a positive and collaborative environment, and we appreciate hearing from former employees. If you’d be open to sharing more, we welcome the opportunity to listen and learn. Constructive feedback helps us grow, and we’re committed to making Apryse a great place to work for everyone. We genuinely value all feedback and approach each comment with care and intention. My goal in responding is to encourage meaningful, open conversations—not just to go through the motions. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors. Rachelle Carpenter Chief People Officer
