Pros

There are many great people working at Aptean. Aside from the actual work, it was somewhat enjoyable. Great benefits.

Cons

Vista runs everything with no input from Aptean employees. The Aptean Execs have no say-so in the companies direction. Salaries are well below other companies in the industry. They terminated many experienced employees and bring in people with little experience and pay them very little. There is no energy in anyone, They all just seem defeated. People are afriad to speak up for fear of being targeted by their superiors.

For fresher it may be a good start, But sticking on to this company for a longtime will not yield anything good for career.

Cons

The higher Management are acting weirdly, this way company cannot grow. No individual career growth. Salary well below market standards. Layoffs Layoffs and Layoffs to cut the cost. Certainly losing talented pool...

seriously, None!! None of them matter to your career or your life.

Cons

the company employees are unhappy and seeking other jobs. do not waste your precious time, you will not gain anything. every one has the fear of job security. this is not a employee and customer centric company. Aptean international operations will be in deep trouble, and having disgruntled employees makes improving their operations that much harder. becasue their bad relationship with employees has caused/will cause problems. I am sure if all the employees rate (a minimum of 300 reviews) this company will top the worst company to work for.
