      Thank you so much for sharing your perspective with us on our recent transformation. We see our future as being part of the tech world and it's an exciting vision where manufacturing plays an important role as well. This is why we have initiated the Lean 2.0 program in our manufacturing sites, to maximize productivity and to focus on continuous improvement. Our safe restart protocol for ramping up production after the shut-downs during due to COVID-19 are also a good example that we are focussing on safe and best-in-class manufacturing - the protocol was recognized industry-wide as best-practice and adopted by other companies.

      Many opportunities to be successful at Aptiv if you’re hardworking and like to be involved with continuous improvement. Total rewards package is very good.

      Cons

      Very siloed company with much duplication. Value “OneTeam” is aspirational versus reality.

We agree that we are not yet where we want to be in terms of our culture and values. It is normal that a cultural change does not happen from one day to the next. It takes time, and most importantly, commitment by every single employee to make cultural change happen. Stay tuned for further information on how we want to implement our values into our daily work, so that they become a reality in the near future.
