Pros
Fast growing company with lots of opportunities to learn and grow. A great way to jump into the DAP software industry with a genuine and intelligent team. There is also a decent amount of PTO to help with work life balance, and it doesn't hurt that the kitchen is always well stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks! We also work in office four days a week and work from home on Fridays, and the compensation is fair.
Cons
Like most startups, the biggest challenge with working at Apty is learning to adapt to changes as we grow and expand as a DAP company.
