Pros

Apty's success starts at the top with great leadership that is optimistic, calculated, intelligent, and supportive. This trickles down to the individual contributors willingness and openness to collaborate, learn, and grow together. Everyone in the boat is rowing in the same direction and everyone sees where we are moving towards.

Cons

No major cons, just some standard growing pains in process, but this is like finding sand in your pockets on the ride home from a great day at the beach.

Pros

Apty has a storybook Culture that is absolutely full of collaboration, recognition, accountability, fun, teamwork, diversity, growth, support, training, resources, parties, freedom, thoughtfulness, challenges and passionate humans that will do whatever it takes for our customers.

Cons

The only Con i can think of is that due to the pandemic many of us are remote and we can't get as much face time as we would all like to get, but we are all slowly getting back to a Hybrid environment where we can get together here and there in our Austin Texas office, Bangalore India office and our shared workspaces in Boston!
