Recently, there has been a mass layoff due to team restructuring. Despite the company having sufficient funds, they opted to bring in new hires by letting go of existing employees. This situation has raised concerns about job security. Additionally, there hasn't been any appraisal for the last 1.5 years, and no salary increments have been provided.
Moreover, the product is excessively complex, requiring a significant amount of time to comprehend. It differs significantly from the workings of other products, making the learning curve steeper.
