Pros

This is a fun place to work if you like high growth and challenges. Solid product, this company will go far. If you want to work for a startup, this is a really good one to pick.

Cons

If you like stability, and things to be set in stone this place is not for you. (I mean, this is a startup). It can be stressful at times (but any job can I guess...)

Pros

Very interesting technical problems to solve. We have to solve many of the same IoT Big Data problems that some of the biggest tech companies have to solve. True MVP mentality. We build what our customers use and our software quickly becomes vital to their day to day life. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. We eat lunch together, have fun after work, and volunteer together. From day one you feel like you have become part of a family dedicated to one mission.

Cons

It can be difficult to make technical strides while supporting existing customer base. It can also be difficult to prioritize which customer needs should be prioritized for implementation. Free lunch only on Monday and Wednesday and not everyday :)

- friendly team - many varied projects - great workplace culture - supervisors care about professional development of employees - employee bookclub and social events - you learn a lot very fast - great office space to work in, conducive to collaborations

Cons

- Very fast paced, but this makes the day go by faster
