      Pros

      They offer a clean, business casual work environment. If your willing to do the work and meet your goals, you'll be compensated...with room for advancement to Sales and Management.

      Cons

      The only "CON" that I have is...the training is, in my opinion...a little lacking. You really get "thrown to the wolves" in my opinion.

      owner really works with you he's an outstanding soul and everyone should have an opportunity once in their life to be able to work for somebody like this

      Cons

      middle management has since changed. Excessive driving mileage and Los Angeles traffic what else can I say.
