Pros
Good environment in the office, great sense of team and everyone is always willing to help each other. Management does a wonderful job at recognizing the hard work that is done. Management is very approachable with any questions or concerns you may have, you never have to worry about saying the wrong thing or feel like you cannot speak up about something. Coworkers are great, especially when the job gets to be high stress. The office does a lot of raffles, get togethers, celebrations, etc which are helpful in maintaining a clear head space. The benefits are amazing. TONS of PTO! There are also tons of volunteer opportunities you can participate in as well to get away from the desk by giving back.
Cons
Claim volume is not manageable in the hours you are paid salary to work. The company does promote work/life balance, but it is hard to leave the desk and go home without thinking of the dozens of things that you could not get to because the volume is so high. Pay is a little low when you start, but the benefits somewhat offset this.
