Cons

salary isn't really competitive and when you first start, the training is bad.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow within the company if you know who's ear to grab, very employee-centric for a large corporation, great benefits package, generous salaries

Cons

All new hires in IT--despite your experience--are treated like garbage. The salaries are so high that they feel like they own you. Certain senior principal staff and managers should be on antipsychotic medication; one person in particular should be fired for blatant harassment of other staff workers due to megalomania and "god complex" issues. If you really need the job, it becomes a test of will to show up every day and deal with the relentless torrent of psychological abuse. The department could be so much more than it is
