The company strives to maintain a laid back, and congenial, yet professional atmosphere Easily accessible by public transportation, and there is free on-site parking. Management is very accommodating with time off requests. Free use of an on-site fitness center, which is staffed by medical and fitness professionals

Cons

Compared with other industries, and other companies in the greater Boston area, the pay below average. At times (certainly not all the time) there can seem to be a disconnect between departments.
