Pros

As a Sales Rep, it provides an excellent way to make very good money if you are comitted to pushing yourself. If you thrive doing cold calling and doing home visits this is a job for you. alot of freedom to play your day. management is happy as long as you are profitable.

Cons

There are a lot of secondary "non-paid" administrative tasks, which take away from prospecting and bookiong appointments. Training can be confusing at times, with continued training after training pay has ended.

Long hours with little reward

Pros

Flexible schedule, was easy to get away from office for personal appointments

Cons

Having to build up your clientele base from recycled leads from the "Do not call" list. Spending 8+ hours a day cold calling from the phone book. Very defeating.
