* Poor upper and middle management. It has become better now with the leadership changes and the new leaders are genuinely trying to bring a positive change to the culture. but lot of room to improve.
* lack of transparency from top management. One day you'll get a mail stating that company is doing great, 3 weeks later, you'll get a mail stating we didn't meet our financial goals and few people are laid off.
* Employee care is not priority. This is reflected by poor insurance coverage, lack of enough leaves, lack of rewards and recognition etc.
* Some of us were stranded without power and clean water during the Cyclone Michaung, once the cyclone was over and we logged in back few days later, we were asked to apply leave for the days we were unavailable or compensate it during the weekend.
