The only thing Arcadia has going for them is being in clean tech.

Cons

Place the company in an other industry and no one would want to work there. Employees are leaving there even with being in clean tech.

Employees actually care about their impact, no workplace drama, everyone is respectful, decent benefits, full remote culture. This is a great company to get in to get experience and get out.

Cons

Workloads can be overwhelming & inconsistent, structures & hierarchies are constantly changing, high employee turnover, benefits could be better, pay/raises is not consistent with the job market
