Pros

It has a really talented team of people. Working at a mission driven company, everyone is passionate about the work.

Cons

Company is led by business people who are very sensitive to market changes. They completely lack the ability to insulate the company to protect the mission as well as the morale of employees. 3 rounds of layoffs in one year. CEO Kiran Bhatraju is friends with JD Vance, Vance invested in Kiran's prior company.
