Merger froze raises

Pros

Nice remote work. Cool projects.

Cons

Originally was part of IBI Group before buyout. During Merger, Raises were frozen and I was due to get my PE raise. Had to leave as others left

Cons

Global alignment can be confusing to navigate Company structure realigns every 2 to 3 years so you better get used to change and be agile

Pros

Diverse projects and growth opportunities for around the world. I actually loved the people i work with and everyone is always so eager to help no matter how dumb you think your question is.

Cons

Like every other global company, positions are based on client availability. Position will get laid off/furloughed no matter how much you have invested into the company. No sick days. Pay is very bad. Might be difficult for entry-levels because you don't have a wide network of people to pull you into projects.

There are never any dumb questions here but are glad to see you have a supportive team to help as questions come up! We love to have current employes learn and grow into more senior level roles over time and are glad to see that is coming through in your experience. We always do our best when such situations arise to find other work for employees before we would ever consider laying or furloughing a current staff member off, even if this means presenting work opportunities out of the state you are in. We do evaluate salaries/benefits multiple times a year to make sure we are staying competitive in the marketplace.
