- Great benefits like Food, gifts etc. - Great office with facilities like Gym, multi-sport court etc. - Great parties. - Unlimited sick leaves. - Amazing hikes if you perform well. - Lesser than before, but still many great people to work with and learn from.

Cons

- Pathetic work life balance. - Flexible working hours only if you're not oncall. - Even with offices in multiple regions, they want people to do night shifts instead of going with follow the sun model. Which effects the health of employees a lot.
