1.Laidback Culture 2.Steep Learning Curve for Freshers. 3.Decent pay(Best for Tech Grads, average for MBA) 4.Lots of perks

Cons

1.Strict no for MBA Grads from Top Tier Colleges as the Pay for Services is very less compared to Tech Grads-approx 60%. 2. The average time for promotions is 2-2.5 Years and increases with hierarchy 3. CTC is a SCAM. Take home is 45-50% of CTC.
