      - Ownership and Recognition : less number of employees, gives you more ownership and recognition for your work. - Ample opportunities : new clients bringing in new projects. Enough opportunities for writing new projects from scratch. - Rewards and Feel Important : excellent gifts, parties and office space. the firm makes you feel important.

      Cons

      - Few Technical Managers : very few technical managers, to sail through in tough time. 70% of them are business oriented - Poor Estimation : work life balance, screwed due, to lack of expertise in managers to predict / estimate the effort.

      Parties, cafeteria, admin, and cab facilities

      Cons

      Very operational work with toxic work culture, senior managers know how to micro manage and force you to work 12-14 hours at least.used to be a great place with talented and smart folks, now hiring standards have also gone down.
