Service side of business sucks...people at the top in Hyderabad are so insecured about their job that they just spend time planning how to keep them relevant.

Pros

- Good Pay - Unlimited Sick Leaves - Free Food - Pays as per market rather than your previous salary.

Cons

- Bad SDLC cycle, takes months to convert a simple design into production code. - Weird hierarchy where SVP/VPs work on Tickets and you have to fight to get things done! - Too many processes to follow. - Silly code reviews without understanding the main goal. - Difficult to adjust for people coming from Startups or Open minded companies. - On Call is expected to work long hours - Few people have no respect to WLB and expect same from others, they work until midnight and want others to follow same.
