Biggest pro is the culture. The entire atmosphere is very encouraging. There are many parties, surprise gifts to keep employees happy. 4 stars only for the culture.

Cons

Learning curve is not very good in QA. There is very little or no work life balance, since the company is its growing years.

Good Company and growing one, there was continue project for next 5 years Facilities are very good Team Outings Quarterly Parties Gifts etc..,

Cons

There was huge politics in Corporate Team Hard Workers are not required for the firm BP Concept is waste in Arcesium, BP will work for management only. There was no growth if anyone joined as Consultant / Intern or Contractor NO PF Consolidated Pay (TDS Deduction as per Govt)
