      => Amazing People and great work culture => Work-life balance => Employee focused => Lot of perks (Free food, lot of goodies, over the moon parties, lot of employee engagement activities)

      Pros

      Smart people and great accounts Some talented people across the network You get to work with some of the most intelligent and hardworking people in the industry, no matter which department you are in.

      Cons

      Boys club at the top that you really start to see as you progress through the company. Not a very diverse workplace. A lot of politics and navigating to do. People don't always stay too long & things are constantly changing.

      - Work life balance ( not for all ) - Food is good ( lesser healthy options sometimes) - Other Facilities - Gaming, Gym, Sleeping pods, Massuer, Integrated basketball and tennis court, snooker, Foosball, awesome rooftop cafeteria (recently built), etc. - Learning ( in case one is interested) - Decent pay ( some can complain) - Regular outings and parties - Bonhomie among team members ( to a lesser or greater extent true for all teams) - No bs kind of culture -Just do your job and relax

      Cons

      - Very average work ( Not true for all divisions/departments) - Limited growth opportunities - Limited cross team interactions
