Lots of internal drama and bullying, it was like being in high school. Also need to promote more from within.

Pay PTO Benefits Arch has done a great job providing for employees. Company match on the 401k is up to 6%, they also do an employer contribution whether you put in or not which is cool.

Cons

None thus far, the move to Arch has been great.
