Pros
A regularly scheduled pay check
Cons
- It was just like being in high school, if you didn't follow along as management wants you to you are seen as an obstacle and were talked about "behind your back". I know this firsthand, I overheard my "manager" talking about me to one of my co-workers out in the open near my cubicle. - No opportunity to grow, I worked with many people who were in their same low paying position for over 10 years. Arch doesn't help you progress. In fact, we had no input into our yearly goals, the "manager" wrote them and we were evaluated based on those goals written by the "manager". - Arch is not a place you can succeed at. As said, they don't help you progress, if you do want to and try to progress you are seen as a threat, then they want you out, one way or another. - If you are good at kissing up, you will go far. - C suite management look favorably on those people who kiss up, the kiss ups are the ones who are promoted into positions that they have no prior experience in. - As stated in another review, this is not a diverse company!! Most of the C suite are older white males.
