10 years with Arch in NYC and JC - collaborative culture - good, smart people to solve complex problems - attentive, encouraging senior management - good pay, benefits, and bonus' - encouraged risk taking and innovation

Cons

- large P&C mentality within newer company executive management - back-office move to JC 5 years ago restricts ability to recruit and retain talent

It is a very collaborative environment where input is valued amoung departments. It is a very friendly, relaxing atmosphere to work in.

Cons

Divisions within the company are distinct and most are not set up the same way with the same management structure which can make communication across lines more difficult.
