      Pros

      They pay. that's about it. They pay so well (especially leadership) that it is very difficult to walk away. If you do want to walk away, they will try to pay you even more. The money is good but be prepared to run 75-85 hours a week on average. The work is constant... all day... at night until you have to sleep... and every weekend. you have to decide if it is worth it. the experience is very good. you will learn a lot.

      Cons

      no work life balance.... Once you are in, you are locked.... negotiate everything you can before you start.

Highly successful organization which translates from a high performance mindset supported by team and collaborative work! Best professional decision I've made by joining Arch! Great compensation and benefits too. New recent addition to our benefits portfolio.... 10-week pay parental leave! a great place to work.
