We do not have any record of a BD Director within the last one year. We have flagged this review for Glassdoor to review. Most employees have limited insights into the company's decision making process. Arch's decisions are made in consultation with our Management team and advisory board members. While we appreciate your review, any unsubstantiated reviews without background information may not add any value to the community and may be misleading for others. Arch has been run successfully for over 15 years by a woman, minority- owned CEO. Any issues or concerns during employment should be escalated to HR. Hope you have great success with your career!

Some of the people (not Leadership) the people that would be peers are really nice.

Cons

They lose money and contracts and staff. I KNOW for a fact ALL of the positive reviews were written by the same person. I was even asked to write them to combat the negative ALL TRUE REVIEWS!! DO NOT WASTE TIME TIME!! Go someplace where your time, experience, and presence is valued. Im actually surprised they're still open.
