I can't Think of any apart from you are paid aa long as you are there and that means fir a very brief time

No Organizational Structure. This company lacks the foundations of being an IT company.your work is never appreciated rather you are snubbed by the CEO at several occasions. While there is always a better way to complete the job,this company has the ability to bring the negativity out of a positive person just because of the working environment. The Only person who wants to be successful in the coy is the CEO
