I hope the government can look into every work done in this company, especially assessment. I saw everyone breaking rules during my time there, and this is a company suppose to protect the governments Info security. No rules or guidelines in this company. Very very toxic environment!! And you're constantly watched. Yup!! employees spy on each other and report you if they don't like you. If I'm given every money in this world to work for this company I'll decline. There's nothing to learn other than toxic behaviors. SAD!!

The Benefits are atrocious. You'll go to the poor house just trying to get insurance coverage for your family. They do not have basic coverage, like Short Term Disability. The vacation time is a joke. Beware your first 90 days, you will not accrue any vacation time and you will not be permitted to take paid time for holidays. They are not up front with staff about this before their First Day. There is no semblance of flexibility in work. They do not allow Remote Work, at all, no exceptions. However, they do expect you to work on weekends/evenings on your own time if there is a deadline that needs to be met. Their core hours are 9am-5pm. No exceptions. So don't expect to get in early to beat traffic in hopes of leaving before evening traffic. They don't even allow relaxed dress code on Fridays. They do not trust their staff to be professionals and get their work done. I have never worked in a more stressful environment than I did here at Arch. The company also conducts business in an unethical manner. They stretch the rules and push the law at every turn. They "ask" their staff to conduct unethical business practices on a regular basis. Bottom Line: This company does not value it's employees as assets. They consider staff to be indentured to them and show their true colors in every aspect of their business practice.
