      Pros

      The CEO and Management team are highly Motivated which brings much positive energy in the whole team. This is the definition of what a team should be. It's been wonderful to be a part of the company. I can list the pros as - Great Work Culture, you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated - Feels awesome to work with a talented team - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work

      Cons

      There is no room for a person who don't want to grow. Beware if you are lazy and just working for peanuts.

      They're supportive and encourage learning new things, allow you to grow professionally, and it's a small company so everyone feels like a family

      Cons

      If you want a company where you do only one thing, this is not for you. Versatility is key, and having the ability to do new things is essential

      Pros

      You can always leave. It looks good on your resume.

      Cons

      They do not trust anyone and has in place an entire system to spy on every person in the company. This company spied on our team with cameras using their cell phones. They said it was for "security" but it was used to see when we arrived, went to lunch, took breaks, and went home. We kept time to the very one minute. No holiday pay for 3 months even though our contract with CMS covered it. It is so bad, it is a rolling door of hires. They say because of a "small" company, no it is because management does not trust anyone and people hate it there.
