Pros

The employees. Senior Leadership is laughable. CEO is vain and truly believes her colleagues aren't mocking her behind her back.

Cons

Arch has improperly billed HHS. As a result the CEO is attempting to transfer business to an LLC held by her husband. This company is a nightmare. Culture and turnover are major issues. Please read reviews before accepting an offer.

Good company with great and smart people. The company offers good benefits including PTO, insurance, etc. and a competitive salary. You will face new challenges every day however there is great opportunities to grow.

Cons

Nothing major. As company is growing rapidly, some organizational changes may occur frequently.
