      Good, hardworking people, very sincere and talented. This company is for active people who are focused on their careers.

      Cons

      Had a great learning experience at this company. Did not see any issues at all with management. Small businesses do have their own share of challenges.

      Pros

      I learnt a lot at this small company. They provided me with the opportunity to learn and grow. Senior management was very kind to provide an opportunity to exhibit skills. They rewarded hard work and continuously promoted me to develop new ones.

      Cons

      I am not sure why some reviews mention that this company does not have potential? This company grew tremendously in the last couple of years of my employment with the company. I do not see any cons.
