An absolutely toxic work environment. After hire, I literally worked around the clock several days in a row for weeks at a time, then would be belittled by the CEO for working too much. I don't care to brag, but I have built a career in which I am recognized as a top producer; I work hard, smart, and well. Criticisms were of the screaming variety, with no specifics. In addition to being almost completely irrational, the CEO intentionally creates situations that pit one employee against another. When large contracts are won, there is no praise, but if she imagines that something isn't right (regardless of what the client says), she loses it like an adolescent child.
As for the positive reviews, note the similar content and style. When she catches on, she will assign the writing of such reviews to others, regardless of their position. I had to take the time to write this, in case it saves even one person from this awful situation.
