      Absolute great company to work for. Great co-workers, great growth opportunities, and great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Work load can get to be a lot if you’re not used to a busy day. Above par pay, but if you put in the work, increases are possible.

      - Very friendly coworkers - Make your own working hours - Remote/Hybrid working options - Fun work events

      Cons

      - Upper management doesn't seem to like input/doesn't listen to input when issues arise - Very top-heavy company - Too many managers/directors are making project decisions before talking with the people it affects and do the work - Projects sometimes didn't have great communication between teams and the ball was dropped a lot - Not a lot of opportunities to move up - Salary was very low compared to other companies in the same field
