Pros

- Friendly, laid back work environment - Good benefits - Some talented people in the organisation

Cons

- Staff training is poor. - No career prospects. What you join as...you stay as. - No desire or adequate procedures to learn from mistakes. Bad employees continuously allowed to get away with poor performance without any attempt from management to act or educate people with even a simple 'lessons learned' practice. - Morale is very low because of the downturn. - Too much discord between departments
