      Pros

      I have flexibility in my work hours and can work from home when life requires, so work/life balance is great.

      Cons

      MAJOR lack of communication at all levels. I've been with the company for more than 2 years and there has been no corporate vision or unified sense of direction & purpose. The new CEO hasn't communicated anything to the company, at large. Too many changes in senior management. Too many changes in job responsibilities with no communication of who is doing what. Too many ERP systems and too little IT support causes gross inefficiencies. No room to grow - no promotional opportunities.
