      very good people in corporate team, very good balance work and life, good benefitcs

      no HR policy, a lot of conflict of interest in the top management, no business ambition, lack of recognition to the operational team

      Pros

      It was an oilfield job, so the money was good when we were working. The guys that worked there were like a family. For the first time, in a very long time, ... I really liked the people I worked with.

      Cons

      From the beginning, we were shorted hours, & money. So much so there were 2 different lawsuits for the company to do the right thing.
