      Large company that could have grown beautiful but a few wrong choices killed that dream

      Pros

      Archer bought Allis Chalmers, so the people that I worked with were still family like. Lots of available growth opportunities as well.

      Cons

      No communication from the higher ups. Many poor business decisions causing many good employees to be let go. They seem to have a reactive approach rather than a proactive.
