      Management is very approachable and down to earth

      Cons

      Company is ran to lean. When alot of work comes in it causes alot of confusion, you"ll be several different job duties that you didn't up for.

      Cons

      Being located out of the country when work slowed in the oil and gas industry it was not feasable to bring U.S. employees to the UK and keep them employed.
