      Pros

      Good benefits. Field tools reliability seem better than most places I have worked. Easy to work with other field hands.

      Cons

      Some of the decisions by lower management seem to be clouded by personal relationships with subordinates. Different regional offices have different paperwork requirements and some genius lead hands allowed to introduce their own.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments or from top level down. No mid-management leadership to support downward communications. No integration plan or strategy of acquired company's.
