Pros

Besides our #1 Safty practices, policies good training plans what I am so excited about is that we have fun off work from time to time. You meet and mix with the big boys and their families. There is no perfect work place but as long as you keep the rules you are good to go.

Cons

Very good benefits but “Oliver needs so more”

Pros

Company is doing well, very big company with plenty of work.

Cons

Very poor communication with bosses, raises come very slow and at a very small percentage. They don't care about the employee!
