Pros

Competitive salary, most employees are a pleasure to work with, interesting projects due to large customer base, flexible work schedule with excellent benefits, safe work environment.

Cons

Management changes are constant and not always centered with company interests, often late to make changes that are required, then overreact with hindsight that eliminates remote support. Appear to be grasping for ideas and willing to change with no insight on long term effects.

Great benefits. Many individuals of quality and talent capable of achieving the best marks in the industry. Management working hard to get through industry slump.

Cons

The industry is in the one of the greatest slumps of this century and this has everyone working very hard almost to the point of being detrimental to the companies goals.
